About Coleen

Psychotherapy & Counselling:

Coleen holds a PhD in Psychology, M.A. in Integrative Psychotherapy and a HDip in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

She is fully accredited with IAHIP (www.iahip.org) and is an accredited supervisor with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.iacp.com) and offers Counselling and Psychotherapy at Cork Psychotherapy and Counselling Centre in central Cork City, Ireland.

The centre operates out of the South Terrace Medical Centre, Cork, which is close to the Cork College of Commerce, St John’s College, the South Infirmary and Cork bus station.

Coleen was a Core-Trainer and Lecturer at University College Cork (UCC) for over 15 years.

She offers both counselling and psychotherapy and has over forty years experience in working with a wide range of issues, including personal, emotional and relationship problems and is also an accredited supervisor with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.iacp.com).

Coleen served on the board of ICP (Irish Council for Psychotherapy: www.psychotherapycouncil.ie) and also on the board of EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy: www.europsyche.org).
